Meet Emerald

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

You might be wondering, how did I become a career development and executive coach?

My journey was not clear cut, often felt ambiguous, and was full of burn-out. Working with a coach of my own, I began exploring alternative paths and reconnected with myself at my core. Once I realigned with my values, I realized that my favorite parts of my previous jobs and career path involved working 1:1 with others to support their goals and lift them up to reach their full potential. It was like finally noticing the missing pieces of the puzzle were right in front of me the whole time.

The result? I found the inner peace that I was so desperately looking for.

Now, my purpose is to bring that joy and weightlessness to you.

Professional Summary

Emerald Stocker is a career development and executive coach for those looking to maximize their personal and professional potential.

After 12 years in PR and marketing, working with and representing startup and legacy consumer brands across a number of different industries (including Levi’s, Pottery Barn, Ember, and Polartec, to name a few), she has seen what works and what doesn’t within both individuals and organizations ranging in size and experience.

The key to a capable, confident, and engaged workforce is to lead with trust, empathy, and gratitude for both yourself and others.

Emerald completed her coaching studies through the ACT Leadership & Performance Coaching Certification Program at Brown University School of Professional Studies, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has also completed The Art of Workplace Engagement: Creating a Positive Environment to Engage Employees through the Harvard Division of Continuing Education Professional & Executive Development Program, and Leading Women in Technology’s WILpower Program. She holds a BA from Scripps College in Claremont, CA.

She is a strong believer that the most effective personal growth stems from reconnecting with your sense of self to gain a deeper understanding of your full potential.

“As a happiness researcher, I have observed that happiness is often found when three views align: who we feel we are, who we want to be, and how others see us.”
